I found the hotel to be conveniently located close to the historic center of Bologna, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were perfect, with a very good bathroom and free wifi, although it was a bit of a workout being in the annex next door up 3 flights of stairs with no lift. The service was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, especially with carrying my bag up and down the stairs. Although the dining experience was perfectly fine, it could have more variety for breakfast. The hotel's location near Piazza Maggiore was a major convenience, while the homemade pizza was a delight to taste.

The hotel is centrally located in Bologna, making it easy to explore the old city attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are tidy and ideal for solo travelers, though a bit snug for two.
